This study examined the relationship between the inflation rate and non-oil export in Nigeria using annual data over the period 1970 to 2022. The study employed the auto-regressive distributed lag estimation technique, and the results of the estimate showed that inflation had a negative and insignificant impact on non-oil export in Nigeria. Thus, the study concluded that inflation is not a significant determinant of non-oil export in Nigeria. The study recommends that the government should put more resources in enhancing and promoting non-oil exports by supporting the NEPC (Nigeria Export Promotion Council). Also, the government should formulate meaningful economic policies aimed at increasing investment towards the non-oil sector to achieve meaningful and sustained growth in the non-oil export in particular and economic growth at large. Keywords: Inflation, Non-Oil Export, ARDL, Nigeria.
