Face to face interview was used to collect data from twelve respondents. Data was analyzed using qualitative method. The findings revealed that terrorism and banditry have a significant negative effect on human resources in Nigeria. Also, terrorism and banditry have no significant effect on entrepreneurial development in Nigeria. Furthermore, terrorism and banditry have negative effect on few businesses in Nigeria. Hence, we recommend that government should encourage the entrepreneurs through financial incentives to set up new businesses and also to expand the existing ones to create the much-needed job for the teeming unemployed youths. Government should invest on critical infrastructure to enhance entrepreneurial development and business activities.
