The study assess the implementation of the Plateau State Community and Social Development Agency programmes on the provisions of feeder roads in the rural areas of Plateau State. The study adopted the survey research methods of data collection using both primary and secondary sources. The study applied the need, social development and general system theories as the theoretical framework; and also used chi-square to test the hypothesis. The paper made the following findings: the implementation of the Plateau State Community and Social Development Agency (PSCSDA) programmes has provided feeder roads in the local communities of Plateau State but it has been affected by lack of accountability, transparency, illiteracy, non-involvement, etc. The paper concluded and recommended that PSCSDA programmes should ensure zero tolerance to corruption and mismanagement of funds, participation/involvement, etc in the implementation of its activities to provide feeder roads.
